Laura A. Lipinski

Laura A. Lipinski has been in private practice for over thirty-five years. Before establishing the Law Offices of Laura A. Lipinski in 2008, Laura spent twenty years with the Chicago law firm Schwartz Cooper Chartered.

Education

Laura received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago, with a double major in Biology and Organizational Communication, where she was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit National Honor Society and worked at the Loyola University radio station WLUW. Laura received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law.

Laura is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Laura is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section), the Chicago Bar Association (Trust Law and Probate Practice Committees), and the Western Springs Business Association.

Community Involvement

Serving her community is important to Laura. She was elected to the Western Springs District 101 School Board in 2009 and served through 2013. She was appointed a member of the Plan Commission of the Village of Western Springs in 2003 and served for six years, acting as Chairperson in 2008. She was selected to serve on the Board of the Western Springs Foundation for Educational Excellence (WSFEE) from 2004 to 2008, acting as Treasurer and was an active member of the Forest Hills Elementary School PTA and a classroom volunteer in District 101.
