Laura A. Lipinski has been working with individuals and families to help them achieve their estate planning goals for over thirty-five years. Laura provides trust and estate planning services to individuals, employing diverse techniques in drafting wills, trusts (revocable, irrevocable, insurance, charitable, personal residence), family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, powers of attorney for property, powers of attorney for health care and living wills. Laura also works with families who are dealing with the death of a loved one and represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries in probate estate and trust administration and litigation in Cook County and the collar counties.
Laura also represents Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate transactions, including new construction and installment contract sales, throughout the Chicagoland area.
